Website & Sale Terms
These terms apply to use of the VALTOR Tools website and to products purchased directly through it.
Products and availability
Product descriptions are provided as accurately as reasonably possible. Colors and appearance can vary by screen, production run, and normal manufacturing tolerances. Products, quantities, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice.
Orders and payment
An order is not accepted until payment is authorized and VALTOR confirms the order. VALTOR may cancel or limit an order because of inventory, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or other reasonable operational concerns. Any payment collected for a canceled order will be refunded.
Taxes and shipping
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are presented during checkout. The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address. Risk of loss passes according to applicable law and carrier terms.
Proper use
VALTOR tools and stringline are intended for construction layout and related lawful uses. Follow normal jobsite safety practices, inspect products before use, keep line clear of people and moving equipment, and do not use a damaged product. Stringline is not rated for lifting, climbing, fall protection, towing, or personal restraint.
Intellectual property
VALTOR names, branding, product designs, text, photographs, videos, and other website content are owned by VALTOR or used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without written permission.
